Honestly this place is fantastic. Stylish, yet family friendly, with so many toys, activities, and space for everyone to just enjoy being out of the city. We had 8 adults and 4 kids and didn’t at any point feel cramped or overwhelmed. Just a fantastic place. Will definitely be back.

We feel so incredibly grateful for our stay at this beautiful Mt Martha home. From the moment we walked through the door, it was clear that every detail had been thought of with such care. The house had everything we could possibly need and created the perfect backdrop for a much-needed family escape. It was more than just a place to stay – it gave us the chance to slow down, reconnect, and make memories together. A huge thank you to Andrea for her warm and seamless communication, which made everything so easy, and an even bigger thank you to the owners for opening up their home. I and my family liked everything here. It’s real home away from home experience. The property quality is at its best. Exactly like photo shown. We were really comfortable here. The beach also nice. not far from everything you need for holidays. Host service was great. Their attitude and mind were super supportive. No regret with this house. My family consisted of 3 adults, 3.5 years old boy and 2-adults in their 70’s with wheelchairs and everyone happy with this house.

Perfection for large group. Never have to leave. Beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need. Short walk to beach and very quiet neighborhood. Exceptional.

We had a really relaxing stay at the Arlo Beach House. The beds and linen were incredibly luxurious and comfortable. We loved the deco, board games and coffee table books. The house itself was lovely, full of natural light, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Thomsons’ Retreat in Rye was Absolutely Stunning. A beautiful, light, airy home nestled in a quiet, undulating street. The home was immaculate. Every conceivable appliance and luxury was provided. The beds were generous and covered in the most exquisite eiderdowns and pillows. Real, thriving houseplants provided a genuine homely feel. The bathroom was spacious and bright and the oversized tub was sublime. There was a cupboard full of newly boxed and varied games and a great TV and Xbox consol… but who needs that, when you’re transfixed by a wonderful, illuminating glass-boxed fireplace? I cannot recommend Thomsons’ Retreat enough. Simply, Brilliant!

Loved our stay – it was perfect for a few days away, we were 2x couples and 2x two year olds. Jacuzzi was fun, lounges were cozy and beds were comfortable. Had 1x portacot, baby chair and a bunch of soft toys. Would stay again.
